5. Note on external links
branchly GmbH is responsible as a content provider in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz) for its "own content" made available for use on www.branchly.io in accordance with general laws. A distinction must be made between this own content and cross-references ("links") to content provided by other providers. Through the cross-reference, branchly GmbH makes "third-party content" available for use, which is identified by a URL other than branchly.io in the browser line. This third-party content was checked when the link was first set to determine whether it could trigger any civil or criminal liability. However, it cannot be ruled out that the content may be changed by the respective providers at a later date. branchly GmbH does not constantly check the content to which it refers in its offering for changes that could give rise to new liability. If you believe that the linked external sites violate applicable law or otherwise contain inappropriate content, please let us know. Please use the contact details provided in the legal notice.
6. Note regarding the form on our website
We use HubSpot's service to provide the following online forms. To do this, we forward your data to HubSpot, which processes the data exclusively on our behalf. See the privacy policy for "HubSpot."
Please note: If you contact us via contact forms, personal data may be transferred to service providers in third countries. These third countries do not have an adequate level of data protection. If the data is transferred to the US, there is a risk that your data may be processed by US authorities for control and surveillance purposes without you having any legal recourse. The security of the transfer is regularly ensured by so-called standard contractual clauses, which guarantee that the processing of personal data is subject to a level of security that complies with the GDPR. If the standard contractual clauses are not sufficient to establish an adequate level of security, your acknowledgment of the privacy policy in the contact forms shall be deemed consent within the meaning of Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR, which justifies data transfer to unsafe third countries.
